Problem Statement:

A mid-sized financial/operations client relied on an outdated portal for their customers to access reports, request services, and track transactions. The legacy system caused frequent downtime, slow response times, and a poor user experience. Multiple business units also struggled to get real-time insights from the portal, affecting decision-making and client satisfaction. The goal was to modernize the client-facing portal while integrating real-time analytics, improving UX, and ensuring scalability.

 

Responsibilities / Initiatives:

  • Project Coordination & Delivery: Led planning and scheduling across 3-4 concurrent development streams including frontend, backend, and reporting teams. Maintained RAID logs, dependency trackers, and weekly status reports for executives and stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Acted as the bridge between client, product, and development teams, facilitating 50+ cross-functional meetings to ensure requirements were captured accurately and prioritized effectively.
